Mornin’, peeps! Happy Monday to you! I’ve popped in this morning to share a card I created for The Outlawz Challenges! This will probably be the only card I’ll create for these challenges this month as I have a lot going on. But we’ll see… you just never know what may happen! I created this beauty for the Freebie/Progressive Challenge where ssr机场网站 is our sponsor this month! The lovely Veronica gifted us this amazing It’s Tea Time digital set to play with so I went with a birthday theme! Can’t have too many birthday cards in the arsenal, you know! ;)

I’m not really a steampunk fan but this image is rather ‘steampunky’ and I love it! I printed the full image once on the background paper and then printed just the girl and leaves/flourishes two more times which I fussy cut and layered one on top of the other. I ran a brown marker around the edges for a more finished look and then adhered them on top of the full image for some dimension. This technique adds a lot of interest. I layered the background on turquoise cardstock and then adhered it to a kraft card base. I stamped the sentiment on ivory cardstock in strips and then punched it with a circle punch. I punched a slightly larger circle from the kraft cardstock and layered them together.

I embellished the inside panel with leftover strips of the turquoise and kraft cardstock used on the front, and stamped a birthday sentiment from the same tea stamp set in turquoise ink. I colored the two little tea cups with alcohol markers.

And one more look… totally loving how this turned out! I love The Paper Shelter images!

Hello, my friends! Happy Saturday – hope you have a fun weekend planned! I’m stoked to be back on the CutCardStock blog today with an awesome DT inspiration project featuring Classic Crest cardstock that was included in our Designer’s Pack! ssr机场网站 are used in this post at no cost to you. I really appreciate your support! I created an adorable ‘love you’ card for one of our granddaughters.

2024_0527005

This was such a fun card – and a super easy design! I cut a standard A2 size top fold card base from Classic Crest Solar White 110# cardstock and another panel from 80# Solar White for the inside. I cut panels for the front and the inside from yellow texture paper. I stamped the popcorn box, popcorn, loose kernels and sentiments on the 110# Solar White cardstock and cut them with the coordinating dies. I colored the popcorn with Nuvo alcohol markers. Then the fun part – which is always arranging the elements! ;)

2024_0527006

I embellished the inside panel with a piece of the yellow texture paper used on the front, adhered the sentiment and some loose kernels, and layered the panel on the same yellow texture paper.

2024_0527007

And one more peek… love, love, love! So stinkin’ cute I can’t stand it! ;)

Hi everyone! Happy Saturday – hope you have a great weekend planned! Our new challenge is live this morning over at Love To Craft Challenge Blog and I’m thrilled to share my DT inspiration project for LTCCB #49 – August Anything Goes! You know how I love my fun folds and I’ve been playing again! This is one I’ve had in my tutorial folder for at least a year and a half and I’m not sure why I haven’t made one – it was super fun! My inspiration came from a YouTube video HERE and as always, I put my own spin on it. This would make such an awesome box to give chocolate or other candy, or a set of trinkets to someone as a gift. ;)

2024_0121001a

I created a little cluster of shabby goodness for the front of the box consisting of a mini doily, a filigree embellishment, a small bouquet of white paper flowers, a small black bow and a butterfly. I added the priceless treasure sentiment and some pink Dot Sparklers to finish it off.

2024_0121002a

Here’s the box opened up. I used a coordinating paper to create the four small boxes inside. I created faux handles for the boxes from 1/4″ punched circles embellished with the pink Dot Sparklers. They are flat and don’t hinder the box when closed.

2024_0121003a

Here’s a view from above. I lined the boxes with matching cardstock.

2024_0121004a

And here’s one more look at the inside. OMG, this was fun! ;)

Hi everyone! Can you believe we’re barging right into August?! OMG, where has this year gone?! This month’s challenge over at Love To Scrap Challenge Blog launched this morning and I’m super stoked to share my DT inspiration project for LTSCB #136 – For The Kids! I created a kid card using a Twistoon image that would be a hit with just about anybody… can you say FUN?! Sure reminded me of my childhood, lol!

2024_1227005a

I’ve had this background stamp in my stash forever it seems, and this month’s challenge was the perfect time to use it! I stamped it on ivory cardstock, rounded all four corners and layered the panel on tangerine cardstock. I printed the awesome image three times and colored one of them with Prismacolor pencils. I fussy cut all three images and adhered them on top of each other and then ran a Memento Tuxedo Black marker around the edges. This was just the right amount of dimension for the front panel. ;)

2024_1227006a

I rounded the corners of the inside panel and embellished it with a leftover strip of tangerine cardstock and a strip of skinny Washi Tape. I stamped the sentiment and layered the panel on the tangerine cardstock.

One more look… OMG, I love this image! She’s so homely she’s cute! ;)

I created an adorable card featuring a sleeping fawn. OMG, so stinkin’ cute!

2024_1222017a

I used the Hero Arts Color Layering Fawn stamps and dies, along with a scallop edge punch on the bottom edge of the layer beneath the focal image panel for some interest. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the panel and several snowflakes which I embellished with tiny clear gemstones.

Hi everyone! I hope this past week was a wonderful one for you! I had great week with the sharing of lots of happy news – my retirement has been approved, I joined the Eyelet Outlet DT and I joined the Prickley Pear Stamps DT and accepted a post as Prickley Pear Stamps’ social media coordinator! Woo-hoo – lots of great things happening right now! Our new challenge launched this morning over at Mix It Up Challenge Blog and I’m excited to share my DT inspiration project for MIUCB #40 – Anything Goes + Embossing! Remember, all of our challenges are ‘anything goes’ and we offer an 小飞机场 ssr technique twist each month to get your mojo going! Our twist this month is embossing (heat or dry) and the twist is not required to play!

小飞机场 ssr

I created a front step panel card which is one of my new favorite fun folds. I used the Darice Wire Fence embossing folder to dry emboss the green Kraft-Core cardstock used for the front panel and lightly sanded it while it was still in the embossing folder which really brought out the kraft core. I’ve also fallen in love with the Hero Arts Paper Layering Poinsettia die set and used that as the focal on this card. I die cut a Tim Holtz Holiday Celebrations Script word die for the sentiment, and added a few green flat-back pearls.

For the back panel, I stamped a sentiment from The Project Bin in green ink and affixed a leftover piece of the green Kraft-Core cardstock used on the front to tie it all together.

ssr机场网站

And one last peek… an angled shot so you can see the cool construction of this. I just love it and it folds flat for mailing! Bonus!

Products used:
Cardstock/Paper: Paper Accents kraft cardstock, Tim Holtz Kraft-Core cardstock, Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock, Stampin’ Up Gold Glimmer Paper, Dare 2B Artzy patterned paper
Stamps: The Project Bin Merriest Christmas stamp set
Ink: Stampin’ Up Always Artichoke ink
Dies/Punches: Hero Arts Paper Layering Poinsettia die set, Tim Holtz Holiday Words: Script die
Accessories:  Bearly Art precision craft glue, Tombow Mono permanent adhesive, Darice Wire Fence embossing folder, sanding block, Gemini Junior, MISTI stamp tool, KaiserCraft green flat-back pearls, Nuvo English Mustard Crystal Drops

I hope you’ve enjoyed today’s project and will link up with us this month! We always love to see your ‘anything goes’ projets and if you feel so inclined, go one step further and either heat or dry emboss an element on your project to tie in this month’s twist! Thanks so much for stopping by today – we’ll see you next time! ;)

Hi everyone! Oh Happy Day! I hope you have a fun weekend planned! I’m absolutely delighted to be on the Eyelet Outlet blog today with my first project as a new design team member! I created a friendship card featuring a pretty Autumn wreath.

OMGoodness, I can’t even describe how much I enjoyed creating this card because Autumn/Fall is my favorite time of year! I completely covered the front panel with Autumn Washi Tape. I cut a round frame using two circle dies and built the wreath from a bunch of leaf die cuts. I embellished the wreath with Leaf Brads and Scarecrow Brads and adhered it to the front panel. I layered the front panel on orange cardstock and adhered it to the card base. I added a bow at the bottom of the wreath and a stamped sentiment flag in the center of the wreath.

I embellished the inside panel with another strip of the Autumn Washi Tape and a leftover leaf die cut. I stamped the sentiment in brown ink and layered the panel on the orange cardstock.

And one more look… totally loving how this turned out! That Washi Tape and those brads are amazing and so fun to work with!

Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a fantastic day! I’ve popped in this afternoon to share another sample I created for Prickley Pear Stamps! I’m having the best time ever playing with these amazing stamps and dies! I created a spiritual friendship card using the beautiful He Refreshes My Soul clear stamp set.

ssr节点2022每日更新

I went with a rustic look, keeping with a neutral palette. I chose to leave the image uncolored, and heat embossed it using my favorite trick of stamping in dark brown, then stamping again in Versamark and applying clear embossing powder. I created a layered panel for the background and adhered it to the card base. I adhered a piece of dark brown patterned paper to the layered background and stamped the sentiment beneath it in the dark brown ink. I cut a strip of corrugated kraft and rubbed the dark brown ink pad over the ribs, adhered it to the back of the focal image, then adhered the piece to the card base.

小飞机场 ssr

I embellished the layered inside panel with a narrow strip of the dark brown patterned paper used on the front, and then stamped the sentiment in the dark brown ink.

And one more look… super happy with how this turned out! What a gorgeous image and sentiments in this set!

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful week and you are continuing to remain safe and well! Several weeks ago one of my projects was featured on Scrapping4fun Challenges and I was asked to guest design in an upcoming challenge. Fast forward a bit… that challenge is now live and I’m delighted to share my GD inspiration project for #172 – Ocean! We’d love to see your project featuring anything in and around the ocean. Our sponsor is Polkadoodles so come on over and play with us for the chance to win a prize!

For this hybrid mermaid card, I started with a sea waves stencil and distress ink to create the background panel and adhered it to the card base. I purchased the Winnie Mermaid Kisses pre-colored digital image for my stash which I printed on Neenah Solar white cardstock and cut with a stitched oval die. I cut another stitched oval from light blue craft foam – one of my favorite tricks is to layer colored foam beneath an image so that the color peeks out from around the edge. I adhered the focal image to a slightly larger mini scallop die cut, then stamped a mermaid sentiment in black ink toward the bottom of the front panel. I added one tiny pearl to the clam shell she’s holding, some dimensional magic to the underwater bubbles, and a few flat-back pearls to the corners of the stenciled background.

ssr节点2022每日更新

I embellished the inside panel with a couple strips of blue cardstock and stamped another mermaid sentiment in black ink.

Boat (break out another thousand)

Hi everyone! Well, we’re one day closer to the weekend and one day closer to the first of August! OMG, where has this year gone?! I’m delighted to be back on the blog today over at The Project Bin with an awesome masculine card! I created a nautical-themed card using the Anchors Away stamp set from my stash. It’s rare that I create a card with the sentiment as the focus but this is such an amazing set of sentiments I couldn’t resist!

好用的付费ssr

I went with a navy and kraft color combo which always works for a masculine card. I affixed random strips of the blue cardstock to a kraft strip to use beneath the sentiment which yields some pretty cool interest. I stamped the sentiment in navy blue ink on the kraft, trimmed it and adhered it to the vertical strip. That sentiment is a hoot! And anyone who has ever owned a boat (#raisehusbandshand) knows how true it is, lol!

I embellished the inside panel with navy blue and kraft strips, stamped the sentiment in navy blue ink and layered the panel on the navy blue cardstock.

And one more look… very cool masculine card! I love it!

Cardstock/Paper: CutCardStock Wild Blueberry and Twine cardstock
